Fix Youtube Audio Volume

Right-click the speaker icon.
Select Sounds.
Go to Playback tab.
Double-click your current speaker.
Go to Enhancements tab.
Enable Loudness Equalization .
Click OK .

This option is reset to disable after major Windows 10 updates and video driver updates.
